On the MarketEd login screen, tap “Forgot password” and follow the email we send you.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, follow the steps on the delete your account page.
Is any of the money real?
No. Every balance, reward and Clout in MarketEd is mock currency with no cash value. You can't deposit, withdraw or win real money.
How do I report someone in chat?
Tap their message in the league chat, then choose Report or Block. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours.
How do I cancel a paid plan or get a refund?
Plans are bought through Apple or Google, so you cancel them in your device's subscription settings, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Deleting your MarketEd account does not cancel a plan.
Can I see or get a copy of my data?
Yes. Email us from the address on your account and tell us what you need. Our Privacy Policy explains your choices.
